Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice explains how SalesUp (“SalesUp”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares personal data when you use Pitch Arena (the “Service”) at https://pitcharena.club. We are the controller of your personal data for the purposes of applicable data-protection law.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information — your name, email address, organization membership and role, and profile handle.
  • Usage data — practice sessions, scores, XP, streaks, achievements, challenge progress and related activity.
  • Voice data — microphone audio during a practice call, and the call recordings and transcripts we generate so you can be scored and review your calls.
  • Billing data — subscription tier and seat count. Card and payment details are collected and stored by our payment provider, Paddle, not by us.
  • Technical data — authentication cookies/session tokens and basic logs needed to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use your information

  • to provide the Service — run live calls, generate AI prospect responses, score calls and show your history and progress;
  • to manage your account, organization and subscription;
  • to secure the Service, prevent abuse and enforce fair-use limits;
  • to communicate with you (for example, magic-link sign-in emails and service notices); and
  • to maintain and improve the Service.

3. Legal bases

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on: performance of our contract with you (to provide the Service); our legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Service); your consent (for example, to access your microphone); and compliance with legal obligations.

4. AI processing

To power live calls and scoring, your call audio and transcripts are processed by AI and speech providers acting on our behalf — including speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and large-language-model providers. This processing is used to generate the prospect’s responses and your feedback and score. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not permit these providers to use Your Content to train their own models except as needed to provide the Service to us.

5. Service providers (sub-processors)

We share personal data with trusted providers who process it on our behalf, including:

  • Supabase — Database, authentication and file/recording storage.
  • LiveKit — Real-time voice call transport and recording.
  • Anthropic (Claude) — AI prospect responses and call scoring.
  • Deepgram — Speech-to-text and text-to-speech for calls.
  • Paddle — Payment processing and Merchant of Record.
  • Resend — Transactional email (magic-link sign-in).

6. Sharing within your organization

Pitch Arena is a team tool. Your name, scores, call history and activity may be visible to administrators of your organization and, where relevant, to teammates (for example, on leaderboards). Public leaderboard entries use your chosen handle.

7. Data retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then for a reasonable period to meet legal, security and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data (see “Your rights” below), subject to those obligations.

8. Security

We use technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls and reputable infrastructure providers — to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for international transfers.

10. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. You can update your name and handle directly in your account settings. To exercise other rights, contact us at tech@salesup.club. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

11. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use them for third-party advertising.

12. Children

The Service is not directed to children and is not intended for anyone under 16.

13. Changes to this notice

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. We will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you of material changes.
