Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Pitch Arena subscriptions. We want you to be happy with the Service — if something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll make it right where we can.

1. Merchant of Record

Payments for Pitch Arena are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle(Paddle.com Market Limited and its affiliates). Paddle is the seller of record for your purchase and handles billing, invoices and taxes. Refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method.

2. 14-day refund

If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or of a renewal charge. Refunds are granted at our reasonable discretion and, once approved, are processed by Paddle to your original payment method.

3. Subscription cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing area in the app.
  • When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and it is not renewed after that. You keep access to paid features until the period ends.
  • Except for the 14-day window above, we do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for unused time in a billing period, unless required by law.

4. Per-seat changes

Because paid plans are billed per seat per month, adding or removing seats takes effect according to Paddle’s proration for your billing cycle. Removing seats does not generate a refund for the current period unless required by law.

5. Free tier

The free tier is provided at no cost, so no charges are made and no refunds apply to it.

6. How to request a refund

Email us at tech@salesup.club with the email address on your account and, if you have it, your Paddle order or invoice number. You may also request help directly from the Paddle receipt you received by email. We aim to respond within a few business days.

7. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute.
